我们重新考察了一类近期被研究的 Bernstein 函数，并辨识出其中导数为对数完全单调的函数。这引出了一类 Bernstein 函数的定义，我们提议称之为 Horn-Bernstein 函数，以纪念 Roger A. Horn 的结果。
