摘要
1950年，阿波罗指出不存在满足四个基本条件的社会福利函数。而1976年，Gibbard和Sonnenschein则指出确实存在一种满足不同但更强条件集的唯一概率社会福利方法。本文讨论了一种满足相同更强条件的确定性选举方法（在恰当意义下）；它并非这两种定理的反例。我们附上了一个使用C语言编写的简单参考实现，包含针对Linux和Windows的可执行文件。
