有限域上所有二次本原多项式的一个刻画和显式描述

摘要
对于有限域上的二次多项式，我们改进了Fitzgerald的刻画（Finite Fields Appl. 9(1):117-121, 2003）。然后我们利用这个新的刻画，获得了有限域上所有二次本原多项式的显式、完整且简单的描述。
