摘要
在本文中，我们概述了关于离散和连续小波变换之间相互作用的几个观点；强调了两者在纯理论和应用方面的特征。我们基于生成元与关系的表示理论，概述了这两种变换技术之间的一些新联系。这里我们指的是由希尔伯特空间中的算符表示的有限生成元系统。我们进一步概述了这些表示如何为信号和图像处理算法生成子带滤波器组。
