我们对 HLA 匹配的干细胞供体和移植受体进行了全外显子测序，以测量导致两者之间次要组织相容性抗原差异的序列变异。在测试的九对独特的供体-受体对中，每一对都鉴定出大量非同义单核苷酸多态性。与匹配的相关供体相比，这种变异在无关供体中的幅度更大。了解干细胞移植受体与供体之间外显子变异的幅度，可能有助于在干细胞移植后更准确地进行免疫抑制治疗的滴定。
