我们给出覆盖欧几里得平面超过 99.985698% 的六色铺砌，将先前未覆盖平面比例纪录降低约 12.8%。我们还给出覆盖平面超过 95.99% 的五色铺砌。由此表明，平面中阶数分别不超过 6992 和 24 的任意单位距离图可分别被恰当 6-着色和 5-着色。
