摘要
对显示小电阻（~40 k）的单掩膜（SM）气体电子倍增器（GEM）箔，使用光学显微镜进行了手动视觉探查。对该 GEM 箔进行了扫描，并识别了箔中的不同缺陷。采用不同技术清洗 GEM 箔，以去除 GEM 电极间形成的短路路径。本文讨论了用于清洗 GEM 箔的方法细节，以及清洗后箔的漏电流测量结果。
