放射性药物治疗正在迅速扩张，但受限于运行约束和放射性药物递送及辐射风险的生物异质性，临床证据生成有限。虚拟治疗-诊断试验可作为伴随试验运行，将定量影像与患者特定模型关联，以为个性化注射和分期生成证据、加速开发并拓宽可及性。
