摘要

我们研究了 Peyrard-Bishop-Dauxois 模型的一个修正版本的解链过程特征。我们证明，在位势中引入一个势垒允许 DNA 链的开放与闭合区域之间存在稳定的畴壁解。我们分析了此类解的线性稳定性，并研究了它们在交流力作用下 DNA 动力学行为中的相关性。
