两步剥离可膨胀石墨制备少层石墨烯

摘要
通过高功率超声处理剥离膨胀石墨,制备了少层石墨烯片。采用原子级定量扫描透射电子显微镜进行高效的层数统计,从而实现了实验条件的全局优化。由此揭示了一个两步剥离机制:首先通过加热至1100°C将平均层数减少至20层以下,然后通过5分钟104瓦/升的超声处理将其调至少层区域。拉曼光谱分析证实了上述机制,并表明这些片层基本无缺陷和氧化物。
