摘要
我们展示了一种紧凑的双芯片太赫兹发射垂直外腔面发射激光器（TECSEL）光源，其基于周期性极化铌酸锂晶体中对双波长发射的腔内频率转换提供1-THz输出。室温下的I型频率转换方案极大受益于多芯片腔体中超过500 W腔内功率的功率扩展可能性。
