相关数据联合建模与动态预测领域的扩展推动了预后研究的发展。R 包 frailtypack 提供了多种纵向数据与生存事件联合模型的估计。具体而言，它拟合复发事件与终止事件模型（frailtyPenal）、聚类数据下两种生存结局的模型（frailtyPenal）、两类复发事件与终止事件模型（multivPenal）、纵向生物标志物与终止事件模型（longiPenal）以及纵向生物标志物、复发事件与终止事件模型（trivPenal）。估计量采用标准与惩罚最大似然方法获得，每个模型函数均可进行拟合优度分析与基线风险函数绘图。最后，该包提供终止事件的个体动态预测及预测准确性评估。本文给出带有估计技术的理论模型，将方法应用于预测，并通过实例详细演示 frailtypack 函数。
