势垒下前驱波的隧穿时间尺度

摘要
采用具有量子快门初始条件的薛定谔方程的时间相关解析解，研究矩形势垒中前驱波隧穿时间的问题。通过时频分析，我们发现存在一种以势垒不透明性为特征的 regime，其中在势垒透射边处测得的前驱波最大峰值对应于真正的隧穿过程。相应的时间尺度代表了前驱波穿过经典禁区的隧穿时间。
