基于透射电流可见度估算 Büttiker-Landauer 穿越时间

摘要
我们提出一种基于透射电流可见度来估算 Büttiker-Landauer 穿越时间的方案。我们分析含时势下的隧穿现象，得到含时透射电流。我们发现可见度与穿越时间直接相连。此外，该结果不仅适用于矩形势垒，也适用于势的任意形式（只要其可用 WKB 近似处理）。我们将这些结果与由 Nelson 量子力学模拟所得数值进行比较。二者吻合，表明我们的方法在实验上测量穿越时间非常有效。
