弱磁场中二维电子气间的隧穿

摘要
我们在弱磁场下,当两个电子层的载流子密度匹配时,测量了二维电子气(2DEGs)之间的隧穿。在零磁场B=0时,平衡隧穿共振的线形最佳拟合为洛伦兹线形,其线宽由隧穿势垒的粗糙度决定。对于填充因子且的情况,在零偏压附近,共振隧穿电导受到抑制。这种高场库仑间隙的低场特征表现出与先前在时测量到的相同的线性依赖性。
