平行霍尔滴液之间的隧穿

摘要
本文我们考察了在倾斜磁场下的双量子阱系统中两个分数量子霍尔液体之间的间隙隧穿。采用变分蒙特卡罗方法，我们计算了单层 Landau 能级隧穿谱的矩随平面场分量 和隧穿间距 的变化情况。本文考察了多种不可压缩态，包括一对 层 ([330])、一对 层 ([550])，以及 Halperin 的 [331] 态。结果表明可从隧穿谱数据中提取出间隙关联信息的技术。
