调控MgB$_2$中的拓扑无序

摘要
我们对中子辐照和Al掺杂的MgB样品进行了拉曼测量。辐照引起的拓扑无序导致高频光谱结构意外出现，类似于在轻度Al掺杂样品中观察到的结构。我们的结果表明，无序引起的选择定则破坏是辐照和Al掺杂样品中拉曼光谱改变的原因。声子态密度的理论计算支持了这一假设，并证明高频结构主要来自E声子模式在处的贡献。
