摘要
本文提出了一种基于牺牲层轮廓的新型双间隙可调电容器工艺。该轮廓涉及仅需一层光罩的三层光刻胶工艺。这一实现基于由两个峰设计的特殊牺牲层轮廓。牺牲层的形成机制取决于光刻胶厚度、光刻胶配方（粘度、聚合物和/或溶剂类型、添加剂等）、图案化层的设计（尺寸或宽度）以及该层的制备条件：热处理、回蚀工艺等。在本通讯中，我们展示了后续参数的影响，并讨论了如何实现双峰轮廓。
