描述了复 Galilean 型李代数与超代数上的转置 Poisson 结构。证明了所有主 Galilean 李代数都不具有非平凡的 -导子，由此可知它们不容许非平凡的转置 Poisson 结构。此外，我们证明了每个复有限维可解李代数都容许一个非平凡的转置 Poisson 结构和一个非平凡的 -李结构。
