摘要
研究了广义 Bessel 多项式 (GBP) 传递函数的稳定性和逼近性质。建立了 GBP 为 Hurwitz 的充分条件。结果表明， 的 Padé 逼近与 GBP 相关。定义了一个稳定的 Padé 函数无限子集，可用于逼近恒定时间延迟，并考察了其逼近性质。将低通 Padé 函数与 Budak 建议的逼近函数进行了比较。推导了 Budak 逼近的基本局限性。
