智能交通系统与协同智能交通系统的培训机会

摘要
智能交通系统（ITS）与协同智能交通系统（C-ITS）具有极高重要性，主要源于它们在交通网络运营方面的益处。尽管ITS和C-ITS在交通网络运营中十分重要，但在其开发、运营方式和全球意义方面，尤其在负责部署的公共当局中存在重大知识缺口。为解决此类碎片化问题，在欧洲联盟地平线2020资助的CAPITAL项目框架下，设计了一个关于ITS和C-ITS运营与影响的在线培训平台。为恰当设计CAPITAL在线培训平台，研究了两种主要路径：能力建设和大规模开放在线课程。本研究提供了关于CAPITAL在线培训平台设计与内容的见解。
