摘要
在300 K和77 K下测量了用Sn96Ag4和Sn60Pb40合金焊接的铜样品的剪切断裂强度。对于使用无铅合金焊接的样品，在低温下观察到剪切断裂强度平均下降约37%。这一效应可归因于锡疫。
