J-PET 中使用滤波反投影方法的三维图像重建

摘要

我们给出 Jagiellonian PET 断层扫描仪中图像重建的方法与初步结果。利用 GATE(Geant4 Application for Tomographic Emission)生成了 511 keV 光子与圆柱形探测器的相互作用。此类背对背飞行的光子对源自 1-mm 球形源内的 e+e- 湮灭。击中点的空间与时间坐标使用探测器的实验分辨率进行了模糊化。我们采用了在 STIR 与 TomoPy 软件包中实现的 3D 滤波反投影算法,二者在近似方法上有所不同。使用 STIR 获得了横向与纵向方向点扩散函数分别为 ~5/7,mm 与 ~9/20, mm 的一致结果,且未包含飞行时间信息。
