为 J-PET 项目开发的新型 TOF-PET 探测器的数据库与数据结构

摘要

PET 成像过程中硬件的复杂性和采集的数据量要求应用现代的高效数据组织与处理方法。本文将讨论在雅盖隆大学正在开发的新型 TOF-PET 医疗扫描仪的数据结构及采集数据的流程。所开发的数据格式反映了:正电子 - 电子湮灭发射的伽马量子的注册过程、前端电子学 (Front-End Electronic, FEE) 结构以及图像重建所需的输入信息。此外,系统数据库满足了不断发展的 J-PET 项目的潜在需求。
