摘要
Jagiellonian 正电子发射断层扫描仪(J-PET)是首台由塑料闪烁体构建的 PET。J-PET 原型机由 192 个探测模块组成,轴向排列为三层,形成内径 85 cm、轴向视野 50 cm 的圆柱形诊断腔。塑料闪烁体长条的轴向排列、其小的光衰减、优越的计时特性,以及相对容易增加的轴向视野,为经济高效地构建全身 PET 扫描仪以及构建 MR 和 CT 兼容的 PET 插入件开辟了有前景的前景。本文将介绍并讨论 J-PET 断层扫描仪的开发现状。
