摘要
我们考虑嵌入均匀晶体固体中的孤立点缺陷。我们证明，在谐振近似下，形成自由能以及两个稳定构型间跃迁速率的周期性超胞近似在胞尺寸趋于无穷时收敛。我们刻画了这些极限并建立了尖锐的收敛速率。两种情况均可归结为对振动熵差的细致重正化分析，这通过识别一种底层的空间分解得以实现。
