摘要
本文提出了一种描述原子与低载流子密度导体之间相互作用的新理论。该理论考虑了热涨落场静态分量在导体中的穿透，并在存在空间色散的情况下推广了 Lifshitz 理论。所得的力方程描述了介电体与金属的 Lifshitz 结果之间的连续过渡。
