非线性光学响应中激子-激子关联的理论

摘要
我们系统地研究了半导体中非线性光学过程的库仑相互作用效应，基于激发激光场的扰动级数。第三阶时变响应包括相空间填充修正、均匀场激子-激子相互作用以及以力-力关联函数形式表达的双激子关联效应。该理论统一描述了束缚态和非束缚双激子的效应，包括马尔可夫近似之外的记忆效应。本文还给出了关联函数的近似方法。
