管流转捩的理论条件：老问题的新方法

针对 Hagen-Poiseuille 流，分析了源于管壁上扰动流减速的层流至湍流转捩机制。推导了临界 Reynolds 数和环形障碍物形式扰动的表达式。展示了理论结果与已发表实验数据之间良好的定性一致性。
