我们研究了除数体积在家族中的行为。我们证明了在任意稠密基集的纤维上的除数体积的下确界等于其在一般纤维上的体积。作为应用，我们证明了在平坦家族中，若纤维为简约且不可约，则除数体积函数是上半连续的。
