我们给出了 Segal 与 Wilson 提出的一个公式的几何证明，该公式描述了 Riemann theta 函数在对应于 Riemann 曲面在标记点处切空间方向的方向上的消失阶。虽然此公式在 Segal 与 Wilson 的工作中作为可积系统理论（环群、无限维 Grassmann 流形、tau 函数、Schur 多项式等）中一些非平凡构造的副产品出现，但我们的证明仅使用了 Riemann 曲面上线性系统的经典理论。
