我们研究了渐近圆形速度 V_c 与中心恒星速度分散 sigma_c 在星系中的关系。我们考虑了一个新的高表面亮度螺旋星系 (HSB)、低表面亮度螺旋星系 (LSB) 和带有 HI 测量的椭圆星系样本。我们发现：1) 具有 HI 测量的椭圆星系符合该关系；2) 线性定律可以像以前工作中使用的幂律一样好地再现数据，即使对于 sigma_c < 70 km/s 的星系也是如此；3) 首次有此方面考虑的 LSB 星系似乎行为不同，显示出较大的 V_c 值或较小的 sigma_c 值。
