星系与星团星系的 LX-σ关系

摘要
我们证明了单个椭圆星系和星团星系形成连续的X射线亮度-速度分散(LX-σ)关系。我们样本中包含280个星团和57个星系，其LX ~ σ^4.4和LX ~ σ^10分别。这种统一的LX-σ关系跨越8个数量级的LX，完全符合观察到的和理论上的亮度-温度比例关系。我们的结果支持星系和星团星系是相似暗物质星系的光学标志器这一观念。
