已有研究发现，星系的旋转速度V_c与中心恒星速度弥散σ_0之间存在强相关性。在这方面，低表面亮度星系（LSB）与椭圆星系和高表面亮度（HSB）星系遵循不同的关系。V_c-σ_0关系的固有散射部分源于光分布集中度的差异。在这项工作中，我们测量了17个LSB样本的C_28集中度参数，发现C_28参数并不能解释这类天体在V_c-σ_0关系中的不同行为。
