本文承接此前两项工作。在第一项中，我们给出 opetope 的显式构造，它是 opetopic n-范畴理论中的基本胞形状；该构造的核心在于使用某些树。在第二项中，我们用 Kelly-Mac Lane 图描述树。在本文中，我们将后者应用于前者，给出使用 Kelly-Mac Lane 图构造 opetope 的方法。
