摘要
本文分为两部分。在第一部分中，我给出强烈推荐阅读亨金一些综述性论文的理由。在第二部分中，我描述了莱昂·亨金作为数学教育领域社会活动家的工作，因为他在其职业生涯的大部分时间里致力于增加数学高层领域中女性和代表性不足群体的数量。
