摘要
给出了具有如下参数的 Penna 模型的生存-灭绝相图：（突变率）-（出生率）、（突变率）-（有害突变阈值）、（有害突变阈值）-（最小繁殖年龄）。灭绝相可能由突变崩溃或种群过密引起。当 Verhulst 因子仅负责移除新生幼体而不作用于成体时，种群过密得以避免，且仅遗传因素可导致物种灭绝。
