摘要
若一个半群具有零元，任意 3 个元素的乘积等于零，且存在某两个元素的乘积非零，则称该半群为 3 次幂零 (nilpotent of degree 3)。半群理论中的一个公认观点是，几乎所有有限半群都是 3 次幂零的。我们给出了元素个数为 的 3 次幂零半群在相等、同构以及同构或反同构意义下的数量公式。同样地，我们也给出了元素个数为 的幂零交换半群在相等意义下和在同构意义下的数量公式。
