霍尔绝缘体的本质

摘要
我们对二维电子系统中终止量子霍尔（QH）系列的磁场诱导绝缘相的线性输运性质进行了实验研究。我们发现，在该绝缘相与相邻QH相中测量的纵向电阻率 之间存在直接而简单的关系。此外，我们发现霍尔电阻率 在绝缘相中可以量子化。我们的结果表明，绝缘体与QH液体中的导电机制之间存在密切关系。
