摘要
我们展示了面向高亮度 LHC (HL-LHC) 实验的微型光发射器(MTx)与光收发器(MTRx)的设计与测试结果。MTx 与 MTRx 分别基于发射端光组件(TOSA)与接收端光组件(ROSA)。两项主要进展为:垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)驱动 ASIC LOCld,以及提供光纤连接的机械闩锁。本文聚焦于该工作的合理性论证、闩锁设计,以及采用商用现货(COTS) VCSEL 驱动器的这两个模块的测试结果。
