我们展示了 ATLAS 液氩量能器 Phase-1 升级中前端光链路组件的质量控制测试程序与结果。这些组件包括垂直腔面发射激光器（VCSEL）驱动 ASIC LOCld、定制光发射机/收发机模块 MTx/MTRx 以及发射机 ASIC LOCx2。LOCld、MTx 和 LOCx2 各包含两个结构相同的通道，而 MTRx 具有一个发射通道和一个接收通道。每个通道均在 5.12 Gbps 下进行测试。共有 5341 个 LOCld 芯片、3275 个 MTx 模块、797 个 MTRx 模块和 3198 个 LOCx2 芯片通过合格测试。LOCld、LOCx2、MTx 和 MTRx 的良率分别为 73.9%、98.0%、98.4% 和 61.9%。
