在空间维数 中考虑具有洛伦兹协变三次非线性的有质量与无质量狄拉克方程。通过一种使用双线性傅里叶限制估计与原子函数空间的新方法，证明了在尺度不变 Sobolev 空间中针对小初值柯西问题的全局适定性以及解的散射。此外，在无质量极限与非相对论极限两种情形下，均在最优正则性下证明了全局一致收敛结果。在这两个 regime 中，这些均是首批蕴含散射态与波算子收敛的结果。
