AGN中相对论性喷流的洛伦兹因子分布与光度函数

摘要
由于强烈的狭义相对论效应，AGN中相对论性喷流的观测视速度和光度与其内禀值存在显著差异。我们采用最大似然法同时确定了一组AGN样本的内禀光度函数和洛伦兹因子分布。最佳估计参数值与先前结果一致，但精度大幅提高。在先前的研究中，假设Fanaroff-Riley II型射电星系的观测光度函数形状与射电噪类星体的内禀光度函数相同。我们的结果证明了该假设的有效性。我们还发现，以z=0.1为界的低红移群和高红移群可能来自不同的母群。
