等应变岛阵列的形成、烧结与稳定性

摘要
我们研究了在晶格失配等应变薄膜上形成和演化的相干岛屿。具有各向异表面张力的薄膜会形成棱角化岛屿。在烘烤过程中，这些岛屿会进行烧结，直到形成稳定的岛屿阵列，岛屿密度随薄膜厚度增加而增大。在沉积过程中，岛屿形状会发生转变，导致岛屿尺寸分布呈双峰。对于各向同表面张力的薄膜，观察到在一定薄膜厚度以上岛屿持续进行烧结。在较薄的薄膜中发现稳定的波形形貌。
