摘要
我们探究薄伽丘的《十日谈》，以考察数字人文工具如何用于一种当代已不再使用的语言（中世纪意大利语）中数据有限的任务。我们将分析聚焦于如下问题：文本中不同的讲故事者是否展现出 distinct 的人格？为回答该问题，我们基于该文本的权威版本整理并发布了一个数据集。我们使用监督分类方法，依据讲故事者所讲的故事来预测其身份，证实了该任务的难度，并展示主题建模能够提取出主题性的讲故事者“画像”。
