T-同伦与观测细化 (V)：分支与合并同调的 Strom 模型结构

摘要
我们验证在 flows 范畴上存在一个模型结构，其弱等价是 S-同伦等价。作为应用，我们证明广义 T-同伦等价保持一个 flow 的分支与合并同调理论。证明方法与该系列论文第三部分的完全不同。
