单晶磁性隧道结中少数界面共振态对称性依赖的散射

摘要
在全外延Fe/MgO/Fe磁性隧道结(MTJs)中,已证实少数界面共振态(IRS)存在对称性依赖的散射效应。制备了两种样品,分别对应底部Fe/MgO界面有无碳掺杂,以代表费米能级附近少数自旋通道中两种不同类型的IRS。通过分析第一性原理计算的局域态密度(LDOS)以及低偏压下平行构型电导的温度依赖性,我们表明无碳样品中的IRS以delta5对称性为主。这主要贡献于多数自旋deltai到delta5通道的散射,并解释了低温平行构型下delta5电导的增强。此外,发现碳掺杂界面中IRS的谱成分以delta1对称性为主,这导致了平行电导中delta5通道的抑制。
