摘要
大数据、云计算、智能传感器、机器学习（ML）、射频识别（RFID）、机器人、3D打印和物联网（IoT）等工业4.0技术的快速增长，为中小企业（SMEs）提供了提高生产力和效率、降低成本并提供更好客户体验及其他益处的机会。本工作的主要目的在于提出一种方法论，支持中小企业管理者更好地理解其企业内实施工业4.0解决方案的具体要求及由此产生的益处。所提方法论将有助于中小企业管理者就何时及如何迁移至工业4.0做出决策。
