摘要
我们提出了一个理论框架，用于理解过掺杂铜氧化物高温超导体在掺杂调控的量子超导体到金属转变附近的常态和超导态行为。我们关注的关键要素是d波配对、平的反节点色散以及无序。即使对于均匀无序，这些也会导致有效的颗粒状超导关联，以及很大程度上由超流刚度而非配对能标决定的超导转变温度。
