本文已撤回。本文关注阶数 的分数阶奇异系统的容许性条件。首先给出了正则性、无脉冲性和容许性的定义，然后建立了分数阶奇异系统容许性的一个充要条件。文中包含一个数值例子以说明所提出的条件。
